Perfect location around 10-15 minutes walk from Goodrington Beach. Positioned in the very quite area, not far from the seafront as well as beaches.

The location was great for traveling around Paignton, near the harbour and beaches, a short walk to more restaurants, and the beach and Paignton town centre. Everyone was pretty friendly and affable. The food was excellent, especially fruit juices, toast and cereals for breakfast.

Just a prime choice for one night in Paignton with good price value. The breakfast was really nice and enjoyable. Request a ground floor room if stairs are an issue.

The hosts peter and jerry were super friendly and cute. Breakfast was so good, we had everything from fresh fruit to full english, even a sausage for our dog! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and nearby restaurants. The room was really clean and comfy, perfect after our long days exploring.

The double bed was a bit too small for us big adults. Some more parking space would have been nice.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk to the beach where we could enjoy the sand and sea. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh fruit and pastries every morning to start our day! Jerry and Pete, especially with our two small children. They even offered helpful recommendations for family-friendly activities nearby.

My kids wished there was a play area for them to enjoy some more outdoor fun after long days exploring.
